Independence
Editorial decisions are made by the editorial team. People who sell advertising do not assign, edit or approve reviews.
Accuracy
Prices, plan limits and feature claims are checked against the vendor's current public pages or our own test account. Every review shows its last verified date.
Experience
We assign reviews to people who have used tools in the category in a real job. Author pages list that experience.
Use of AI
We may use AI tools to help with research summaries, transcription and copy editing. Testing, scoring, conclusions and final wording are done and approved by a named human editor.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it and note the change in the review's change log. Report an error through our contact page.
